How do I change my Workout Goals?

You can change your workout goals thanks to the 5 items tab bar you can find in the main Workouts View.

By swiping through the symbols right under the Step Goal, you will find the following:

The calories goal, the duration goal, the distance goal, or you can select "No Goal" as well.

Are you all set up and ready to go?
Tap on “Start” and have a great workout!
