How can I start a Workout?
Starting a workout with StepsApp is very simple!
Follow these steps:
- Open StepsApp
- Tap on “Workouts” on the bottom banner
- Select the Workout you want to do (you can change it by tapping on Workout View)
- Tap on “Start” and you’re good to go!
You can Pause the Workout anytime, resume it, or end it by tapping on the red button and confirm “End Workout”.
Save the workout, and share it with your friends!
Please note: by tapping on the Filters on the top right corner, you can enable the “Keep Display always on” feature, or add a Voice Coach to your Workout as well!
