How do I connect my Whoop to StepsApp?
StepsApp works effortlessly with your Whoop wearable by syncing your activity through the Apple Health app on your iPhone. As long as your device is connected and syncing to Apple Health, StepsApp can automatically read and display your step data.
To view your Whoop steps in StepsApp, simply follow our instructions below.
What You Need to Do
- Connect your Whoop device to your iPhone using the Whoop app.
- Sync Whoop’s step data to Apple Health.
- Allow StepsApp to access Apple Health.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Connect Whoop Wearable to Your iPhone
- Download the Whoop app from the App Store.
- Open the app and sign in or create an account.
- Pair your Whoop device with the Whoop app via Bluetooth.
Step 2: Sync Step Data to Apple Health
- Open the Whoop app on your iPhone.
- Tap More (bottom-right).
- Go to App Settings > Integrations > Apple Health.
- Tap Connect. We recommend choosing Turn On ALL.
Tap Allow in the Health app to grant permissions - Open the Health app > tap your profile icon > select Apps > find and tap Whoop > make sure all relevant categories are turned on.
Step 3: Allow StepsApp to Access Apple Health
- Open StepsApp.
- Go to Settings > Apple Health.
- Enable Apple Health Sync.
Once the setup is completed, StepsApp will show the steps from your Whoop device automatically.
