How do I change my Workout Goals?
You can change your workout goals thanks to the 5 items tab bar you can find in the main Workouts View.
By swiping through the symbols right under the Step Goal, you will find the following:
The calories goal, the duration goal, the distance goal, or you can select “No Goal” as well.
