How do I change my goal?

If you want to challenge yourself to move more (or less!) during the week, know that you can change your goal in StepsApp whenever you want.

How? By following these steps:

  • Open StepsApp

  • Tap on “Goals” (bottom left corner)

  • Tap on “+” or “-” if you want to increase or decrease your goal
