How do I grant access for Physical Activity?

Troubleshooting StepsApp Android

To make sure all of your steps are reliably recorded on your Android device, always make sure that the access for Physical Activity is granted.

To grant access for physical activity, follow these steps:

Open Android Settings
Go to “Apps”
Tap on “StepsApp”
Tap on “Permissions”
Tap on “Physical Activity” > Allow it for StepsApp

For EMUI (Huawei) systems, follow these steps:

Open Android Settings
Go to “Apps and notifications”
Tap on “Apps”
Tap on “StepsApp”
Tap on “Permissions”
Tap on “Physical Activity”> Allow it for StepsApp
