What should I do if FitbitSync does not work?

Troubleshooting Fitbit Sync iOS

If your app is not working, we advise you to run a general check up:

Check the Apple Health set-up:

  • Open Settings app

  • Tap on “Privacy”

  • Tap on “Apple Health”

  • Tap on “FitbitSync”

  • Turn on all

Please note: it is necessary to always have Fitbit open in the background.
