How do I set up the notifications?
Turn on the notifications of StepsApp to always be up-to-date about your progress!
Once the notifications are on, there could be a delay when the goal is reached, because Apple only allows an update once every hour in the background.
We then advise you to check the following settings:
Switch off energy saving mode:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Go to "Battery"
- Turn off the “Power Saving Mode”
Switch on the background update:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Go to “StepsApp”
- Enable “Background Update”
Activate notifications:
- Open StepsApp
- Go to the “Goals” tab
- Go to "Notifications" to activate the desired notifications
