How do Streak and freezes work?
A streak means hitting your daily step goal on consecutive days. It’s designed to keep you motivated and help build consistency. For example, if your goal is 10,000 steps and you reach it every day, your streak increases day by day.
Freezes:
A freeze helps protect your streak. If you miss your goal one day, a freeze will be applied automatically so your streak doesn’t break.
Here’s how you earn them:
- When you start a new streak, you’ll earn your first Streak Freeze after 7 consecutive days.
- Keep it going, and you’ll receive another Streak Freeze at 30 days.
- After that, you’ll unlock one additional Streak Freeze for every 30 days completed, up to a maximum of 7 Freezes in total.
- And to give every journey a strong start, new users receive 2 bonus Streak Freezes right from the beginning.
- Once earned, Freezes stay on your device until you need them - they never expire.
Alternatively, you can now purchase Freezes:
Tap the Streak icon under the main circle on the app Home Screen. From there, you can make a one-time purchase and choose how many Freezes you’d like.

- Single Ice Cube Pack - 1 Freeze
- Ice Glass Pack - 5 Freezes
- Ice Bucket Pack - 15 Freezes
- Igloo Pack - 50 Freezes
- Iceberg Pack - 100 Freezes
